Job summary
Nightwing is seeking an Applications SME/Test Lead to advocate for customers and oversee the Test Team. You will gather and refine requirements, drive test strategy, and deliver training demonstrations for biographic and biometric applications.
You will develop Acceptance Criteria, direct test automation, and collaborate with data lake and application teams to ensure quality and timely delivery. Strong communication and leadership are essential.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Agile software development framework.
- Experience using Jira, Microsoft Project, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Experience gathering and refining customer requirements.
- Experience testing software in an Agile environment.
- Experience developing Acceptance Criteria and testing against them.
- Experience testing for Accessibility and 508 Compliance.
- Experience developing documentation and training materials.
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Test Team and provide overall test direction.
- Develop Acceptance Criteria and lead the test automation effort.
- Distribute test resources between application and data lake teams.
- Deliver training demonstrations of biographic and biometric applications.
- Develop supporting documentation (User guides, QRGs, training videos).
- Lead daily Scrums and coordinate Agile ceremonies.
