Job summary
Nightwing Group in Sterling, VA, is seeking a Software Quality Assurance Specialist/Applications Tester to join our on-site team supporting biometric identity tools and data lake environments. You will oversee the QA/Test Team, develop acceptance criteria, and ensure accessibility and 508 compliance while delivering training and thorough documentation.
The role requires collaboration with customers, agile practices, and hands-on testing across cloud/on-premises deployments; salary range reflects
Qualifications
- Experience gathering and refining customer requirements.
- Experience testing in Agile environments.
- Developing Acceptance Criteria and validating against them.
- Testing for Accessibility and 508 compliance.
- Developing user guides, training materials, and documentation.
- Delivering application training and demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the Test Team and provide overall test direction.
- Develop and refine Acceptance Criteria with customers.
- Lead test automation efforts and resource distribution.
- Deliver training demonstrations of applications.
- Prepare user guides, QRGs, and training videos.
- Run daily stand-ups and coordinate with data lake teams.
