Job summary

Linchpin Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Biometric Field Systems Technician to provide technical support for Biometric Collection Capability systems across military installations. This position mandates an active DoD Secret clearance and involves hands-on installation, maintenance, and repair of biometric systems, requiring travel.

The technician will ensure optimal performance, deliver user training, and adhere to compliance standards. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and possess at least five years of relevant support experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2 more years of relevant experience.
• 5 years of relevant experience providing technical support.
• Hands-on experience installing, maintaining, and repairing systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair BCC systems.
• Support TPF activities and provide technical support.
• Train users on biometric equipment.
