Job summary

Integral Federal, Inc. seeks an Engineer III to provide comprehensive maintenance support for biometric systems across military sites. You will install, configure, troubleshoot, repair, and train users to ensure reliable biometric operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 7 years of technical support experience, and a Secret clearance, with familiarity in biometric tech, data handling, and TP F processes. Occasional travel to field sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2 additional years of relevant experience.
• 7 years of relevant experience providing technical support.
• Experience with Army TPF process incl. NEF, NET, PI, and TSF.
• Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing electronic and mechanical systems.
• Proficient in data entry and operating Android and Windows systems.
• Knowledge of databases and networking.
• Familiarity with biometric technologies (fingerprint, iris, facial, voice).
• Secret security clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Installs and configures BCC devices at military locations (mobile and static).
• Performs routine maintenance, troubleshoots, and repairs biometric hardware and software.
• Provides training to users on biometric equipment operation.
• Assists with collection, processing, and management of biometric data with quality/compliance.
• Maintains detailed records of installations and maintenance activities.
• Travel to military installations and field locations as required.
