Job summary

Linchpin Solutions, Inc. is looking for a Senior Multifunctional Field Technical Support Professional in Alexandria, Virginia. This position supports the installation, maintenance, and repair of biometric systems across military installations, ensuring operational readiness and compliance. An active DoD Secret Clearance is required, along with a Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.

The ideal candidate will have over seven years of experience in technical support, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel frequently for field operations. Competitive benefits are offered, including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline or two additional years of relevant experience.
• Seven years of relevant experience providing technical support.

Responsibilities

• Support the installation, maintenance, repair, and operational readiness of Biometric Collection Capability systems.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to end users.
• Travel to CONUS and OCONUS military installations as required.
