IDEMIA Public Security is seeking an Enrollment Agent to operate at our IdentoGO locations. You will use cutting-edge biometric tech to collect fingerprints and support safe, compliant processes for applicants.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, accurate data capture, and adherence to security and confidentiality policies in a fast-paced enrollment environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of applicable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
• US citizen.
• Evening and weekend work may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
• Perform fingerprinting equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues with hardware and software.
• Verify customer identity and scan required documents into database system.
• Complete biometric processing and paperwork to meet accuracy standards.
• Track processing time and ensure applicants are processed in order.
• Represent the company and programs in a professional, customer-oriented manner.
