Milford Wellness Village is seeking a Fingerprinting Enrollment Agent to join our team in Milford, Delaware. You will provide exceptional customer service, perform biometric processing, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced enrollment center.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, troubleshooting fingerprinting equipment, verifying identities, capturing fingerprints, photographs, and signatures, and ensuring compliance with security and branding policies.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of applicable experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.

Aufgaben

• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
• Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot issues with fingerprinting and retail equipment, including computer hardware and software.
• Verify customer identity and scan required documents into database system.
• Complete biometric and data capture processes and paperwork for each customer.
• Track processing time and ensure applicants are processed in order.
• Capture fingerprints, photographs, and signatures to meet accuracy standards.
• Adhere to security and confidentiality policies for applicant information.
• Follow enrollment center standards, signage, branding, and attire policies.
• Perform daily enrollment center sustainment and administrative duties.
• Represent the company and programs in a professional, customer-oriented manner.
• Support registration and reservation activities as needed.
