InfuSystem seeks a Biomedical Travel Technician to provide essential services to healthcare facilities across the United States. You will be responsible for testing and maintaining medical equipment while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires you to travel for extended periods, ensuring quality performance in diverse environments while adhering to safety protocols.

We provide direct payer rentals, pump and consumable sales, and biomedical services and repair, serving all 50 states and Canada. SUMMARY:
The Biomedical Travel Technician will be required to travel to customer sites to test and evaluate medical equipment. A majority of your time will be spent on your feet navigating the customer’s facility. This position requires strong customer service skills to negotiate and work with hospital staff to locate devices and perform preventative maintenance on the products. Medical device experience and electronics familiarity is preferred, but not required, we will provide training on maintenance and repairs of the devices. You must be willing to travel anywhere within the United States for 2-6 weeks continuously, including weekends. This position is open to all applicants across all US states.
The Biomedical Onsite Technician is also responsible for performing physical inventory, installing tracking devices and beacons, testing, evaluating, and performing preventative maintenance on medical equipment at the customer’s facility. They will accurately document service actions in a digital work order and demonstrate our ‘customer is 1st’ culture by taking ownership, doing the right thing, and problem solving.
Certain hospitals, clinics and other medical centers now require InfuSystem to provide proof of vaccinations prior to entering their facilities. Your role may require proof of vaccination in order for us to receive the accreditation credentials needed to effectively service our customers.
