Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Biomedical Equipment Service Engineer to respond to service calls, diagnose, repair, and perform planned maintenance on complex biomedical equipment. You will drive customer satisfaction through service excellence and lead teams in adhering to GE policies and hospital protocols, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field with 4+ years servicing medical equipment.
• Or equivalent military education with 4+ years servicing medical equipment.
• Or High School Diploma/GED with 6+ years servicing medical equipment.
• Proficiency in electronic documentation using tools (e.g., iPad, iPhone) and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field and 4+ years of experience servicing medical equipment
• OR equivalent military education and 4+ years of experience servicing medical equipment
• OR High School Diploma/GED and 6+ years of experience servicing medical equipment
• Proficiency in completing electronic documentation using technological tools (e.g., Ipad, Iphone) and familiar with technological programs (e.g., Microsoft Office)
• Experience developing and maintaining good customer relations at all levels (e.g., nurses, doctors, leadership)
