Agiliti Health, Inc. in Norman, Oklahoma seeks a Technical Services Manager I to provide strategic direction and leadership for biomedical and field service technicians in the region.

You will recruit, train and develop staff, oversee equipment maintenance and parts inventory, manage service schedules and ensure billing accuracy while upholding regulatory compliance and safety standards.

Competenze

• Associates degree required; Bachelor’s preferred in biomedical engineering, electronics or related field.
• 3–5 years supervising medical service technicians or engineers in healthcare.
• Knowledge of hospital operations, equipment maintenance and billing practices.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics; strong budget and contract awareness.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends and emergency on‑call as required.
