Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; AA degree preferred in electronics/biomedical technology.
• Completion of FMCNA Biomedical Technician Certification within 24 months.
• Board certifications such as BONENT/CHT or NNCO/CBNT preferred.
• WQA Water Treatment Specialist (WTS) certification preferred.
• AAMI CBET certification preferred; maintain current credentials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Technical Services for an area (10–25 clinics) and 7–15 technicians.
• Ensure regulatory/OSHA compliance across the area.
• Manage parts inventory, warranties, and service contracts.
• Lead training and annual performance evaluations for staff.
• Collaborate with operations on DeNovos, relocations, and capital projects.
