Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care invites applications for a Technical Services Supervisor to oversee the area’s water treatment, dialysis equipment, and facility systems. You will lead a team of technicians, maintain regulatory compliance, and coordinate with Operations, Quality, and Education to meet performance goals.

The role requires four years of supervisory experience in a technical/industrial setting, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years supervisory experience.
• Four years experience in industrial/medical technical setting, or three years with AA in electronics/biomedical tech, or two years with BS in tech/business.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to train subordinate personnel.
• English language proficiency and communication.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of Technical Services for the area (10–25 clinics, 7–15 staff).
• Ensure operational, financial and regulatory requirements are met.
• Collaborate with Quality, Education, and Operations teams on cross-functional initiatives.
• Oversee data integrity for management systems (PeopleSoft, Kronos, Service Database).
• Perform and supervise maintenance on water treatment and dialysis equipment.
• Coordinate with Directors/Managers on financial and capital planning.
• Lead training and development for Technical Supervisors and Biomedical Technicians.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and FMCNA policies.
