Job summary

CH01 CHE Fresenius Medical Care (Schweiz) AG in Winter Haven, FL seeks a seasoned Technical Services Supervisor to oversee the operation, maintenance, and repair of water treatment, dialysis equipment, and related facilities within a defined area, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and alignment with FMCNA policies.

You will lead a team of technicians across multiple clinics (10–25 clinics, per the ad), manage budgets, data integrity in systems like SAP and Kronos, and drive QAPI

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in an industrial/medical technical setting.
• Ability to train subordinates.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to use common hand tools and small power equipment.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Must pass Ishihara color vision test.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of Technical Services for an area.
• Supervise 10–25 clinics and 7–15 staff in the area.
• Ensure regulatory and OSHA compliance across the area.
• Oversee data integrity in SAP, Kronos, and service databases.
• Coordinate equipment installation and maintenance per FMCNA policies.
• Lead investigations, QAPI initiatives, and process improvements.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop Technical Supervisors and Biomed techs.
