Job summary

Integrated Medical Systems, Inc. seeks an experienced Biomedical Operations Manager for its Irving, Texas facility to lead daily service operations, staffing, and equipment readiness.

This hands-on leader will partner with the Director of Biomedical Operations to stabilize execution, develop technicians and improve capacity. The role requires strong CMMS and data-driven oversight, with onsite work in Irving and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent biomedical service experience is required.
• 5+ years of biomedical/service experience, with 2+ years in people leadership or supervision.
• Experience managing daily workload in a biomedical service operation or repair depot.
• Working knowledge of infusion pumps and other medical device maintenance and service requirements.
• Ability to manage WIP, capacity and site expenses using data and performance metrics.
• Proficiency with CMMS and reporting tools to track data quality and performance.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills; able to work onsite in Irving and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Direct Irving biomedical workflow: receiving, cleaning, preventive maintenance, repair, QA, shipping, and fleet readiness.
• Use iQuest and daily reviews to manage turnaround, aging work orders, and technician productivity.
• Establish priorities, handoffs, escalation pathways, and address bottlenecks and discrepancies.
• Balance staffing, parts, test equipment and capacity against demand; manage aging queues and avoid delays.
• Control site labor, overtime, parts and expenses; recommend staffing or equipment investments.
