Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking an experienced Biomedical Imaging Specialist II/III to join its Philadelphia, PA team. The role covers preventive maintenance, calibration, installation, and repair of biomedical imaging devices across hospital locations, with emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of progressive repair experience in medical imaging and strong troubleshooting ability, plus CMMS proficiency and OEM/vendor training. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience repairing medical imaging equipment, including board- and component-level repair.
• Proven troubleshooting skills and knowledge of QA/PM standards.
• Ability to participate in on-call schedules and across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform PM, calibration, installation, repair of biomedical and imaging equipment.
• Maintain regulatory and QA documentation, review notifications and incident reports.
• Provide staff training and technical presentations on equipment operation and safety.
