Job summary

Draeger, Inc. seeks a BioMed Field Service Engineer II for the Phoenix, AZ area. This field-based role covers the Phoenix territory with a company vehicle provided for business use.

You will install, service, and repair a broad range of medical devices at customer sites. Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, diagnostics to OEM standards, and efficient service order management. Strong customer communication and independent work ethic are essential, with travel within the territory as

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in electronics or related field.
• Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Minimum 2–4 years of biomedical or electronic field service experience.
• Able to work non-standard hours and travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide installation, maintenance, recall, and repair support for diverse modalities at customer sites.
• Operate with independence, driving customer satisfaction and meeting service metrics.
• Document service work accurately and manage service orders using available systems.
• Maintain asset accountability including vehicle, inventory, and test equipment.
• Collaborate with team members and upskill others as needed.
