Job summary

Intelas is seeking a Biomedical Equipment Technician I to perform maintenance and safety inspections on a broad range of patient care equipment. You will manage service schedules, assist with PM procedures, and maintain calibration of test equipment.

This role supports hospitals nationwide and may involve on-call duties. Eligible candidates typically hold an associate degree in electronics/biomedical equipment technology or equivalent, with 1–3 years of hospital equipment service experience and

Qualifications

Associates degree in electronics/biomedical equipment technology or military training/equivalent experience.
1-3 years servicing clinical/patient care equipment in a hospital environment.
Valid driver’s license for field service positions requiring travel.

Responsibilities

Perform planned maintenance and electrical safety inspections on patient care and selected equipment.
Manage all assigned equipment and schedules service.
Perform pre-acceptance inspections and develop PM procedures on equipment.
