Intelas is seeking a BMET II to join our team in the United States. The role focuses on maintenance and safety inspections of patient care equipment and related devices within a hospital environment.

Ideal candidates bring an associate degree in electronics/biomedical tech or equivalent experience, plus 3 years of service in clinical settings and a valid driver’s license for travel. Join us to support uptime and clinical care at scale.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in electronics/biomedical equipment technology or military training/equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3 years servicing clinical/patient care equipment in a hospital setting.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for field service travel.

Responsibilities

• Performs planned maintenance and electrical safety inspections on patient care and support equipment.
• Manages all assigned equipment and schedules service.
• Performs pre-acceptance inspections and develops PM procedures.
• Ensures test equipment is calibrated and functioning properly.
• Responds to clinical calls to evaluate and resolve issues.
• Researches and initiates repair part orders within budget.
