Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Biomedical Equipment Technician. The position is located in Nashville, TN. The Biomedical Equipment Technician will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance and repair, conducting electrical safety testing, calibrating medical equipment, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting, repairs, preventative maintenance, and documentation of all procedures and repairs.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Equipment Maintenance, Equipment Repair, and Medical Equipment
  • Knowledge of Electrical Safety and Calibration
  • Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventative maintenance tasks
  • Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills
  • Strong aptitude for problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Relevant certifications and training in biomedical engineering or a related field
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
