Goldbelt Apex is seeking a Biomedical Equipment Technician to inspect, calibrate, diagnose, maintain and repair a wide range of medical and non-medical support equipment. You will follow OEM guidance, DoD instructions and unit directives to ensure equipment reliability and readiness.

The role requires technical expertise, meticulous documentation, and teamwork with healthcare staff. Travel may be required; Planmeca course must be completed within 12 months of start date.

Formación

• Associate's degree or equivalent in biomedical maintenance or related field.
• Must complete DoD Biomedical Maintenance Course or accredited civilian course.
• Planmeca digital dental course must be completed within 12 months.
• Minimum 4 years of field experience in inspection, calibration, maintenance and repair of medical equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Follow OEM guidance, AFI regulations and unit direction.
• Inspect, calibrate, maintain and repair biomedical equipment to OEM specs.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions; coordinate vendor service when needed.
• Keep detailed service records and documentation of actions.
• Assist installation and configuration of new equipment; lifecycle management.
• Determine supply and training needs for equipment; prepare purchase requisitions.
• Travel may be required; perform other duties as assigned.
