• 2 years of SQL experience required.

Responsibilities

• Leads development and application of computational and statistical methods for biomedical data analysis.
• Presents results through laboratory meetings, conferences, and publications.
• Creates data pipelines and deployment-ready code using R, Python, SQL, and GitHub.
• Implements data cleaning, quality control, and exploratory data analyses to justify methods.
