Job summary

SEARHC is seeking a Biomedical Coordinator to centrally coordinate the Biomed database, CMMS/AIMS work orders, and PM documentation across hospitals and remote sites in Southeast Alaska.

The role emphasizes independent judgment, prioritization, and cross-department communication to ensure audit-ready records and efficient workflow. Strong data accuracy and organizational skills are essential.

• Document control and audit-ready documentation requirements

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and route electronic work orders based on urgency and resources
• Track overdue/deficient work orders and report on statistics
• Maintain Biomed database and equipment records, including history and PM documentation
• Support regulatory readiness, audits, and survey documentation
• Coordinate department scheduling, onboarding, and replacement planning
• Collaborate with Facilities, Finance, and clinical departments to improve data quality
