Job summary

Renovo Solutions is seeking a Biomed Supervisor to lead the Biomedical Engineering Team and coordinate workflow for reliable service delivery across healthcare facilities in the US. You will drive performance improvements and ensure equipment quality meets high standards.

You will partner with Account Management, document metrics in RenovoLive, and guide a team through safety and regulatory requirements while upholding our commitment to customers and patients.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in Biomed or equivalent training/experience.
• 5+ years of service/maintenance of medical equipment.
• 1+ year of team management or supervisory experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Customer service mindset and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Manager to ensure PM compliance and high completion rate.
• Document PM and asset data in RenovoLive.
• Monitor downtime and prepare weekly action plans.
• Provide actionable strategies approved by Account Manager.
• Ensure biomed team follows procedures and uses logs/reports.
• Attend Safety Committee and Biomed Review meetings and scribe minutes.
• Serve as Integrated Systems Administrator for the ISM program if applicable.
• Follow the BMET-3 job description responsibilities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
