Job summary

Axle Informatics is seeking an Operations Coordinator to provide administrative and logistical support to the OCCPR within NCI. You will coordinate travel, manage documents, and act as a liaison between scientific staff, management, and administrative teams to ensure efficient operations and adherence to federal policy.

The role supports federally funded cancer research and requires onsite work at NIH facilities, with a focus on maintaining calendars, handling confidential materials, and

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of related administrative/operations experience.
• Experience handling confidential or sensitive materials with discretion.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including document preparation and editing.
• Ability to work onsite at NCI facilities and comply with NIH safety and security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate travel and meeting logistics.
• Maintain staff calendars and arrange conference attendance.
• Plan and manage domestic and international travel logistics.
• Prepare and edit documents for submission to leadership and publications.
• Maintain databases for tracking activities and reporting on progress.
• Track projects and correspondence to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate signatures for confidential documents such as grants and reimbursements.
• Assist with data entry and file maintenance.
