Seismic Therapeutic in Watertown, MA is seeking a Scientist, Biomarker and Translational Sciences to develop and optimize PK/ADA/PD assays across human, NHP and mouse samples, using ELISA, MSD and flow cytometry. The role informs candidate selection through IND-enabling studies and supports assay transfer to CROs for clinical-ready data. This bench-based position offers collaboration in a small team with a fast pace, and opportunities to advance immunology programs.

Qualifications

• PhD in immunology, biochemistry, or related discipline with industry or CRO experience.
• Hands-on experience developing and optimizing ligand binding assays for biologics (PK and ADA) on ELISA or MSD.
• Hands-on experience developing and optimizing multicolor flow cytometry assays, including panel design and data analysis.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and optimize ligand binding assays (ELISA, MSD) for PK and ADA across human, NHP, and mouse samples.
• Develop flow cytometry assays for target engagement and PD readouts, including immunophenotyping.
• Qualify assays for sensitivity, specificity, precision, and drug tolerance, and manage critical reagents.
• Analyze samples from discovery and IND-enabling studies and present results to project teams.
• Prepare transfer packages and serve as technical contact for CROs during transfer and troubleshooting.
• Maintain electronic lab notebooks and write methods, SOPs, and technical reports per quality standards.
• Evaluate new assay technologies to improve sensitivity or throughput.
