Job summary

Resilience US, a technology-focused biomanufacturing company in Ohio, is hiring a Manufacturing Technician II to support Formulation operations. You will operate equipment, monitor in-process activities, execute batches, and ensure cGMP compliance on the production floor.

You will collaborate with lead technicians and mechanics, perform line clearances, maintain documentation, and contribute to lean initiatives and OEE data tracking.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to follow instructions.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in batch records and documentation.
• Ability to work with SOPs and follow procedures with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform start-up, equipment operation, batch execution, material handling, cleaning, housekeeping, and line clearance activities to maintain a cGMP environment.
• Collaborate with mechanics and lead technicians to resolve production issues including batch setup, documentation, SOPs, safety and quality inspections.
• Monitor process execution, materials, and supply levels; coordinate batch execution on the production floor.
• Perform clean in place and steam in place of process lines per SOPs.
• Set up and create single-use connections including single-use bags.
• Perform filter integrity testing as needed per SOP.
• Perform parts washing and dispensing operations as necessary.
• Assemble, disassemble, and sanitize equipment.
• Operate automated and semi-automated equipment (pumps, mixers, etc.).
• Support preventive maintenance and lean activities; track performance data for OEE.
• Perform inventory control using SAP.
