Kelly Science & Clinical in Knoxville, TN is hiring a Manufacturing Line Operator to operate and monitor packaging equipment on the biopharmaceutical production line.

You will maintain production records, perform routine preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, support line changeovers, and uphold safety and GMP standards while working with a collaborative team. High attention to detail and good communication are essential.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate or Bachelors in Science/ STEM preferred.
  • Experience with mechanical systems or packaging machinery preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with a team.
  • cGMP experience preferred.

Job Duties

  • Maintain accurate production and maintenance documentation
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime
  • Execute line changeovers and startup checks between production runs
  • Support inventory tracking and material handling as needed
  • Keep work area clean, organized, and safety-compliant
Education / Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate or Bachelors degree in Science / STEM is preferred
  • Experience with mechanical systems or packaging machinery is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
