Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent with 8+ years leading oncology discovery programs.
• Demonstrated track record advancing oncology programs toward IND.
• Experience with targeted protein degradation and/or degrader/ADC modalities.
• Experience with in vivo oncology pharmacology studies and managing CROs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across discovery and development.

Responsibilities

• Lead the biology strategy and execution for one or more oncology discovery programs spanning target validation to IND-enabling studies.
• Design and oversee in vitro and in vivo plans for degrader and ADC candidates, including MOA, PK/PD, and efficacy.
• Serve as biology lead on cross-functional project teams with chemistry, DMPK, toxicology, CMC, and translational groups.
• Translate research strategy into clear workplans, timelines, and go/no-go criteria; mitigate risks with data-driven plans.
• Coordinate and oversee in vivo studies end to end, including CRO selection and data integrity.
• Mentor junior scientists, building ownership and independent decision making.
• Communicate data and program status to leadership and the broader organization.
• Contribute to target evaluation, portfolio strategy, and new program concepts.
