Job summary

Wor-Wic Community College seeks a full-time faculty member to teach biology and anatomy and physiology, review curricula, assess student outcomes, and design laboratory experiences. The 10-month position is in the WWCCFA bargaining unit with strong fringe benefits.

Initial salary depends on rank and ranges from $52,500 to $64,250 for an instructor, $60,300 to $73,900 for assistant professor, or $69,400 to $85,100 for associate professor.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in biological science or related field.
• Minimum of 12 graduate credits in biology, anatomy or physiology or related courses.

Responsibilities

• Teach biology and anatomy & physiology courses with a laboratory component.
• Review curricula and assess student outcomes.
• Design laboratory experiences for coursework.
• Contribute to department and institution through service and curriculum development.
