This position reports to the Associate Dean of Health & Public Safety; requires a Master’s in Biology with 18 graduate credits and WTCS QA eligibility. Salary is $50/hour. July 13, 2026 review; September 2026 start date.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Biology or a closely related field.
• 18 graduate semester credits in Biology.
• Preferred teaching experience.
• Eligible for WTCS Faculty Quality Assurance System requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quality academic curriculum and instruction in person and online.
• Assess student learning and provide timely feedback.
• Promote social justice within the division and the college.
• Maintain the college values; ensure regular attendance and professional conduct.
• Develop and deliver outcomes‑based curriculum aligned with program outcomes.
