Job summary

Smith+Nephew in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Biologics Account Manager to drive Sports Medicine Biologics sales in the assigned territory. You will serve as a product consultant for Biologics and soft tissue repair, converting physicians and accounts through in‑office and OR coverage, and training surgeons on Smith+Nephew products.

The role requires building strong relationships with surgeons, hospital staff and administrators, delivering data‑driven solutions, and developing a territory plan to

Qualifications

• 6+ years direct sales experience, with 4+ years in medical device environment.
• Experience selling technology and capital products to multiple hospital call points.
• Proven quota attainment year over year.
• Experience selling to surgeons, nursing, administration, facilities, bio-med and information systems.
• Ability to build relationships and develop a territory business plan.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Convert physicians and accounts by making sales calls and providing OR coverage.
• Train surgeons on Smith+Nephew products through education programs in your territory.
• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, hospital staff, administrators and clinicians.
• Work cross-divisionally to increase awareness and adoption of the Sports Medicine Biologics portfolio.
• Develop and execute a territory plan to generate revenue and meet quotas.
