Qualifications

• BS/BA with 5–7 years’ experience in cGMP shop floor or Manufacturing, or equivalent.
• Proven Excel/Office suite and data analysis skills.
• Experience with SAP/MRP and scheduling, data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between Biologics Manufacturing and Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Manage manufacturing business systems and processes for efficiency.
• Support capacity planning and material flow scheduling across facilities.
• Drive cost optimization initiatives and maintain performance dashboards.
• Provide strategic budgeting and program planning support to executives.
• Participate in key management committees and supply review processes.
• Ensure operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations and cGMP.
