Job summary

SGS Consulting seeks a hands-on manufacturing operations professional in the US to partner with Biologics Manufacturing and support functions such as Quality, Planning, Supply Chain, and Finance. You will optimize business systems, drive efficiency, and lead capacity planning across multiple facilities.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of cGMP experience, strong Power BI capabilities, SAP/MRP knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset to enable strategic budgeting

Qualifications

• BS/BA and 5-7 years experience preferred or equivalent 5+ years direct cGMP Shop Floor/Manufacturing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and oral presentation skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of SAP/MRP systems, scheduling, and data analysis.
• Must have robust problem-solving skills and a proactive approach, with field investigation.
• Strong communication and leadership for cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to relocate at own expense and onsite work requirement.
• Experience in manufacturing, military, engineering, or science is relevant.

Education/Experience:

• BS/BA and 5-7 years’ experience preferred OR equivalent 5+ years direct cGMP Shop Floor/Manufacturing experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and oral presentation skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of SAP/Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems, scheduling, and data analysis.
• Must have robust problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a bias towards going to see problems for oneself in the field.
• Must have ability to analyze an issue from diverse perspectives (safety, compliance, maintenance, automation, equipment, process, and people) in order to best understand and resolve it.
