AbbVie is seeking personnel for cGMP manufacturing operations in a biologics production facility. You will work with engineers on setup and calibration, perform rework and quality testing for production parts and materials, and use systems like LIMS and SAP to collect data for on-line adjustments.

The role involves daily responsibilities spanning material shipping, sampling, equipment prep, and process control to support high-quality biologics manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in science required; 2+ years relevant experience preferred.
• BS degree with 1+ year relevant experience acceptable.
• BS in Engineering with no required experience acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Shipping finished materials.
• Maintaining inventory levels.
• Sampling of in-process and raw materials.
• Running glass washer and autoclave.
• Buffer and media preparation.
• Equipment preparation (CIP/SIP).
• Cell culture from vial thaw to production scale.
• Column chromatography.
• Tangential flow filtration.
