Job summary

Kansas Ag Connection is seeking a Bio Manufacturing Operator at the Elwood, Kansas facility. In this role, you will perform tasks related to the manufacturing of monoclonal antibodies while ensuring compliance with cGMP regulations.

The position involves a 12-hour shift schedule, requiring teamwork and a strong work ethic. Candidates must have a High School Diploma and basic computer skills. Preferred qualifications include an associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Qualifications

• Proficient in basic computer skills.
• Demonstrates teamwork, initiative, and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to wear PPE in production areas.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document tasks associated with biologics manufacturing.
• Execute and monitor mAb manufacturing processes.
• Maintain cGMP compliance in a regulated environment.
• Perform aseptic manipulations and maintain a sterile environment.
