Job summary

You will plan, execute, analyze, and report experiments to support product understanding, comparability, stability, and regulatory submissions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot issues, and communicate results to support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Hands-on laboratory experience in analytical development or biologics characterization.
• Experience with mass spectrometry and biophysical characterization.
• Familiarity with LC-MS, peptide mapping, glycan analysis, and chromatographic methods.
• Ability to plan, execute, and report experiments with technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Independently design, plan, execute, analyze, and report biologics characterization experiments.
• Perform analytical and biophysical studies to assess structure, heterogeneity, purity and stability.
• Apply methods such as LC-MS, peptide mapping, intact mass, glycan analysis, HPLC/UPLC, spectroscopy or related tools.
• Prepare protocols, technical reports, data summaries, method documents, and technology transfer materials.
• Interpret and communicate results to cross-functional partners with project alignment.
