GHD is seeking a Technical Director – Biological Resources in California to lead teams across wildlife biology, botany, and wetland science. The role focuses on delivering high‑impact environmental assessments, regulatory documentation, and client-facing project leadership.

The candidate will drive business development, oversee major projects, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with CEQA/NEPA and HSE standards while working in a hybrid in‑office culture three days a week.
