Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 20+ years in environmental consulting or related field.
• Significant wildlife biology, botany or wetland science expertise.
• Proven ability to lead teams and win complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of wildlife biologists, botanists and wetland scientists to complete field studies and reports.
• Coordinate CEQA/NEPA documentation and pursue regulatory approvals.
• Manage major projects and client relationships to ensure delivery and growth.
• Coach and mentor staff; develop and implement development plans.
