Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Rialto, CA is seeking a part-time plasma donor screener and phlebotomist to support daily center operations. You report to the Plasma Center Manager and will greet donors, screen donors, and record vital signs to ensure donor safety and accurate compensation.

You will use the Donor Information System and follow approved procedures to identify opportunities for process improvements.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current license or certification in the state where duties will be assigned: CPT1, CPT2, CLS, or MLT.
  • Minimum one year of experience in a customer or patient-facing role is helpful.
  • Ability to walk, stand, lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees throughout the shift.
  • Ability to lift up to 5 lb; occasionally up to 32 lb; rarely up to 50 lb.
  • Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
  • Will work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Because of potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens (risk level 1), 90% of work tasks require prolonged glove wear.

You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and perform as a plasma donor screener and phlebotomist to support plasma center operations.

Responsibilities

Part‑Time Schedule

Shifts are 4–6 hours long, 3 + days per week. Availability and exact shift days/times will be confirmed early in the interview process, and schedule changes are communicated in advance.

Compensation

U.S. – CA – Rialto: $19.00 per hour. The actual hourly wage will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements. U.S. employees may be eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan with company match.
