Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with relevant work experience in bioinformatics or CS.
• Proficient in Python coding and Linux environment operations.
• Experience with relational databases and software engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical solutions from ideation to release with estimates.
• Design and develop software per ticket specs.
• Mentor junior engineers and set engineering standards.
• Provide clear feedback on code reviews.
• Engage with clients and product owners to clarify workflows and requirements.
• Flag blockers and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor logs and troubleshoot issues.
• Other duties as assigned.
