Job summary

AccuScan Sciences is seeking a Bioinformatics Engineer to design, optimize, and maintain bioinformatics pipelines using AWS and Nextflow. You will work closely with scientists, engineers, and researchers to streamline automation and advance our bioinformatics capabilities.

You will contribute to scalable infrastructure on AWS, manage pipelines and versions in GitHub, and collaborate across cross-functional teams to drive efficient, reproducible data analysis.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and optimizing bioinformatics pipelines.
• Ability to implement tests and documentation for pipelines.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and container tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, test, and document robust bioinformatics pipelines.
• Optimize computational workflows for high-performance execution.
