Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze next-generation sequencing (NGS) data.
• Perform quality control procedures on datasets.
• Align data to virome reference databases and metadata management.
• Maintain clinical and specimen metadata through REDCap and repositories.
