Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Local candidate available within 1 hour of call.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in challenging environments.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in restoration, biohazard, or similar.
• IICRC S540 certification or equivalent in biohazard remediation.
• Xactimate experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in biohazard remediation projects (blood, bodily fluids, trauma scenes).
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards.
• Communicate with clients on-site with empathy and professionalism.
• Handle project paperwork and scope approvals.
• While this role does not manage people, it leads jobs and ensures successful completion.
