Job summary

Advanced Biogas Systems is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in Hot Springs, NC to lead design-build biogas equipment projects from proposal through commissioning. You will coordinate across engineering, fabrication, and field teams, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and adherence to safety standards.

The role requires hands-on shop-floor involvement, direct customer communication, and the ability to manage multi-million $ projects with a cross-functional team of 20–30

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of project management or project coordination experience in manufacturing, fabrication, energy, or construction.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&IDs, and bills of material.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-priority management.
• Clear communicator on shop floor and with customers.
• Proficiency with scheduling tools (MS Project or similar) and Bluebeam.
• Willingness to travel to project sites (15–30%).

Responsibilities

• Support or own proposal development, including cost estimates and scope; pre-bid site visits.
• Lead project planning, scheduling, and risk mitigation; define scope and milestones.
• Coordinate across engineering, production, and field teams to stay on track.
• Manage submittals, change orders, and vendor communications.
• Oversee commissioning, startup, and warranty closeout activities.
• Prepare periodic reports and maintain project documentation.
