KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) seeks a Bioconjugate Area Lead to coordinate planning, design integration, construction assurance, commissioning, qualification, and startup for the Bioconjugate Manufacturing Area. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive readiness from design through startup to GMP operations.

The role requires 15+ years in engineering, strong leadership, and experience in GMP facilities, with a track record in large capital

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of engineering experience in GMP-regulated facilities.
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary engineering teams and contractors.
• Experience supporting commissioning, startup, and operational readiness activities.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate activities across client stakeholders, PMC team, EPCM contractors, equipment suppliers, C&Q teams, and future operations to ensure safe, compliant delivery within cost, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Provide leadership in technical decision-making, readiness planning, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Act as the primary integration point for the bioconjugate manufacturing scope.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration from design through startup.
• Support the successful transition of the facility into routine GMP operations.
