Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) seeks a Monoclonal Antibody Area Lead to serve as the PMC organization’s primary technical authority, ensuring design, construction, CQV, and readiness support for future mAb manufacturing. Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, construction, and suppliers to meet cost, schedule, quality, and operational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of engineering experience in GMP facilities; 10+ years in biologics.
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary engineering teams and contractors.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license and/or PMP certification preferred.
• Experience as Owner's Representative / PMC on major capital projects (> $1B TIC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical leader for ensuring engineering designs, CQV execution, and startup for future mAb manufacturing.
• Coordinate activities across Lilly’s stakeholders, PMC team, EPCM contractors, CQV teams, and suppliers.
• Provide leadership in technical decision-making, risk management, and readiness planning while integrating manufacturing, quality, and operations requirements.
• Act as central integration point for the assigned facility area and drive cross-functional collaboration.
