Job summary
Ampersand Biomedicines is seeking a highly motivated scientist with a background in antibody-oligonucleotide/drug conjugate (AOC/ADC) and protein sciences to contribute to the discovery and development of AND-Body™ Therapeutics. This role emphasizes creating and analyzing new antibody modalities to develop biologic therapies targeted at specific tissues.

Qualifications
- PhD in Biochemistry, Chemical Biology, or related field with 2+ years of experience.
- Background in AOC/ADC, bioconjugation, and oligonucleotide therapeutics preferred.
- Experience with protein analytics and mass spectrometry.
- Hands-on mammalian cell culture and plasmid transfection.
- Experience managing CROs and communicating results clearly.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AOC/ADC biomolecules for targeted tissue delivery.
- Co-lead AOC/ADC projects to advance therapeutic candidates with CRO collaborators.
- Supervise study design and data interpretation for in vitro and in vivo work.
- Develop platform for biophysical and biochemical analyses of antibody modalities.
