Qualifications

• PhD/MD/PharmD with 3+ years of scientific experience or Master’s with 6+ years or Bachelor’s with 8+ years.
• Experience in bioconjugate process development and ADCs preferred.
• Strong leadership and collaboration across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary project team in development of sustainable, cost-effective bioconjugate processes.
• Drive bioconjugation technology innovation and method development.
• Support cGMP manufacturing and technology transfer to GMP facilities.
• Develop strategies to ensure process performance via understanding, modeling and characterization.
• Coach and mentor staff; deliver regulatory documents and support filings.
