Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or country specific equivalence
• Associate Degree + 2 years relevant experience or
• High School Diploma + 4 years relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Perform all functions methodically according to SOPs and policies
• Handle materials to maintain required temperatures (ambient to -196°C)
• Follow safety requirements for infectious and non-infectious materials and chemicals
• Utilize Inventory Management System for sample handling and maintain chain of custody
• Manage entire life cycle of samples: reception, manifesting, storage, retrieval, discard/shipment
• Generate reports and assist with client projects and process improvements
• Maintain training documentation and upkeep of facilities and equipment
• Independently operate laboratory equipment in a site with a lab
