Job summary
Randstad USA in Boston seeks a Scientist for a 6-month on-site contract to perform functional potency bioassays (ELISA, plate-based, flow cytometry) in support of Analytical Development. You will troubleshoot assays, optimize performance, and maintain ELN documentation.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Cell & Molecular Biology or Biochemistry, hands-on lab gear experience, and proficiency with Excel/ELN/LIMS. 2+ years in biotech is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cell & Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with core lab equipment (multi-channel pipettes, plate readers/washers, centrifuges, flow cytometers).
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and ELN/LIMS systems; strong communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Execute functional potency bioassays (ELISA, plate-based platforms, flow cytometry) in support of Analytical Development.
- Assist with assay troubleshooting, optimization, and performance trending under guidance.
- Maintain clear documentation in ELN and test forms; track raw data and perform routine analysis.
